1. Nature of the Product

All cannabis Seeds offered on house-of-seeds.it are marketed exclusively as collector's items for ornamental use or genetic preservation. In Italy, cannabis Seeds do not contain psychoactive substances and are excluded from the narcotics tables of D.P.R. 309/1990.

2. Absolute Prohibition of Germination

The germination and cultivation of cannabis Seeds are considered illegal activities in Italy under Articles 26, 28, and 73 of D.P.R. 309/1990. The Seeds sold by House of Seeds are not intended for cultivation. The Customer declares not to use the products for agricultural purposes or the production of psychoactive substances.

3. Statement on Decree-Law 48/2025

DL 48/2025 introduced strict restrictions on hemp (flowers, resins, oils). House of Seeds guarantees that its Seeds are not derived from prohibited processes and comply with current regulations as products not intended for ingestion or inhalation. However, it is the Customer's responsibility to monitor local legislative developments.

4. Limitation of Liability

House of Seeds does not provide technical information on cultivation nor encourages illegal practices. Any reference to the growth or yield of the Seeds is purely for informational purposes regarding the original genetics. Misuse of the products is under the sole criminal and civil responsibility of the Customer.
