§ 1 Legality of Cannabis Seeds

1. Cannabis seeds (Cannabis sativa L.) are not considered intoxicants under the Polish Act of July 29, 2005, on counteracting drug addiction (art. 4 point 37). Their trade and possession are completely legal in Poland.
2. Products are sold exclusively as collector's souvenirs to preserve the species' genetics.

§ 2 Cultivation Prohibition

1. Warning: Germination and cultivation of cannabis other than fiber hemp is illegal in Poland without obtaining the appropriate permits from state authorities, and violating this law may result in criminal liability.
2. Weedo Lifestyle & Media GmbH is not responsible for the use of purchased products in violation of Polish law. We reserve the right to refuse order fulfillment if we suspect that the seeds will be used for cultivation in a country where it is illegal.

§ 3 Intellectual Property

All product descriptions, graphics, and brand names are the property of Weedo Lifestyle & Media GmbH or its partners, and copying them without permission is prohibited under legal penalty.

§ 4 International Responsibility

Customers ordering products to other countries are responsible for independently checking local legal regulations. The seller is not liable for any customs confiscations.
