1. Legal Framework in the Czech Republic (from 01.01.2026)

In accordance with the new Cannabis Regulation Act, which came into effect on January 1, 2026, significant changes have been made to the legal regulation of cannabis handling for personal use in the Czech Republic:

• Home cultivation: Adults (21+) may legally grow up to 5 cannabis plants at their place of residence for personal use.
• Possession of cannabis: Adults (21+) may legally possess up to 50g of dried cannabis.
• Cannabis Seeds: The sale and purchase of cannabis Seeds is fully legal in the Czech Republic.

2. Purpose of Sale

Cannabis Seeds offered on house-of-seeds.cz are sold both for collecting purposes and for legal home cultivation in accordance with the above limits of Czech law.

3. Age Restriction (21+)

Please note that unlike many other EU countries, the legal age limit for purchasing cannabis Seeds and cultivation in the Czech Republic is set at 21 years. By purchasing on our website, you confirm that you have reached this age. Any sale to persons under 21 is strictly prohibited.

4. User Responsibility

The buyer is fully responsible for complying with local laws. Although cultivation in the Czech Republic is legalized to some extent, commercial cultivation without the appropriate license or cultivation above the legal limit (5 plants) remains illegal. House of Seeds is not responsible for misuse of the products sold in violation of the law.
