1. Dispatch Location

All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Munich, Germany. We ship to the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).

2. Shipping Costs & Times

We offer the following shipping options to the UK. Prices are in GBP (£).

3. Brexit, Customs & Import Taxes

Since the UK has left the EU, customs rules apply to goods entering from Germany.

• Orders under £135: No customs duties are charged to you at the border. VAT is accounted for at the point of sale.
• Orders over £135: Import VAT and Customs Duty may be payable by you (the recipient) upon entry into the UK. The courier will contact you to collect these fees before delivery.

4. Discrete Packaging

We understand the need for privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. The shipping label does not mention "cannabis," "seeds," or "Weedo." It will simply display our return address and your delivery details.

5. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel from Germany to your doorstep in the UK.
