Shipping and Customs

1. Origin and Free Movement

All orders are shipped from our central warehouse in Germany. As this is an intra-community transaction between two EU member states, the products benefit from the free movement of goods. No customs duties or additional import costs apply.

2. Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is our priority. We use only neutral packaging without logos or references to the contents. The external label will not display the "House of Seeds" brand, only the administrative data necessary for logistics. The Seeds are further protected in padded envelopes or rigid anti-crush cases.

3. Delivery Times and Tracking

• Average times: 3-7 business days for the entire Italian territory (including islands).
• Tracking: Within 24 hours of shipping, you will receive an email with the tracking code to follow the package in real time on the courier's website (DHL, UPS, or Poste Italiane).

4. Transfer of Risk (Art. 63 Consumer Code)

The Seller is responsible for the integrity of the goods until delivery. The risk of damage or loss transfers to the Customer only when the latter (or a delegated third party) physically receives the package. In case of obvious damage to the packaging, please sign "with reservation" to the courier.

5. Regulatory Safety

Despite recent restrictions of DL 48/2025 on other hemp derivatives, the shipment of Seeds remains legal and safe. We constantly monitor logistics flows to ensure your collection arrives smoothly.
