§ 1 Age Requirement (18+)

Due to the nature of the products sold, purchases in the House of Seeds online store may be made only by adults (who are 18 years or older). By using the site, you declare that you are at least 18 years old.

§ 2 Verification Procedure

1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and placing an order is equivalent to the Customer declaring their adulthood.
2. Our store system requires age confirmation upon entering the site (via an age gate) and during the order process.
3. In case of doubt, the Seller reserves the right to suspend the order and ask the Customer to provide proof of adulthood (e.g., through secure ID verification), in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

§ 3 Consequences of Violations

1. Providing a false date of birth constitutes a breach of the Terms and may result in immediate cancellation of the order without refund of payment processing fees.
2. In case of suspected underage status, the Seller reserves the right to verify identity through secure online systems.

§ 4 Parental Responsibility

We recommend that parents use content filters (e.g., Net Nanny, CyberPatrol) to restrict minors' access to collector-type websites.
